All of our cakes are a sponge cake with absolutely no preservatives! We use a Swiss Meringue Buttercream, which gives a very light whipped texture that is not overly sweet!

Our cheesecakes are made with a vanilla shortbread crust that helps emphasize the flavor of the cheesecake!
